Typical Day
A typical day in the life of a Presqu'ile camper looks a lot like this:
- 7:15am wake up
- 7:30am -Polar Bear dip (optional)
- 8:00am Breakfast (choose morning activities)
- 8:45am -cabin clean up
- 9:15-10:15 Activity #1
- 10:15-10:30 sunscreen and water breaks
- 10:30-11:30- Activity #2
- 11:30-12:00- Free Swim
- 12:15- Lunch (choose afternoon Activities)
- 1:00-2:00 Rest Hour
- 2:00-3:00- Activity #3
- 3:00-3:30-Tuck (snack)
- 3:30-4:30- Activity #4
- 4:30-5:30-Free Swim
- 5:30-6:15- Cabin Counselor time
- 6:15-7:00- Dinner
- 7:00-8:00- CYOA (Choose your Own Adventure)
- 8:00-8:30- Evening Programs And bed time for Jr. sections
- 9:00-9:30 bed time For SR sections
All campers are offered a snack before bed time.

Owen Sound Rotary Club
Since The Owen Sound Rotary Club’s charter in 1920, its focus has been on the “betterment” of our community. Through exchange programs and hours of volunteer work, the Club makes our community a better place to live.
Camp Presqu’ile “The Rotary Youth Camp” is the main benefactor of the Owen Sound Rotary Clubs philanthropy efforts, the camp hosts over 700 campers every summer.
The Youth Exchange Program allows high school students to spend a year abroad for the purpose of promoting world understanding, peace and goodwill.
The Group Study Exchange Program allows selected business professionals to visit a foreign country for 4 to 6 weeks. Visiting farms, businesses, schools, industrial plants and government establishments, allows for professional interaction among colleges.
The Ambassadorial Scholarship Program is the world's most extensive international educational scholarship program. Rotary scholars promote friendly relations among people in different countries through understanding and good will.
